What’s the one thing your company is known for?

React Games is known for innovation and being able to solve problems that others cannot. Even companies like Microsoft, Nokia, and Disney Imagineering have used our incredible talent to build futuristic prototypes and evolve cutting edge ideas. We also have a strong art team and encourage a variety of styles in our department. We take on a variety of projects and contracts because we have the ability once the game is built to create a visual design that will match the gameplay and appeal to its audience.

Tell us something interesting or fun about your business?

We recently released a major game called Super Dungeon Bros, you can find it on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Steam/Windows 10. This is a crazy four player dungeon crawler, where you battle your way to glory, on- and offline, designated to be nothing more than pure fun with a group of your buddies. Other fun and unique cultural tidbits are as follows: Every Wednesday, our Executive Producer Randy King cooks short-order breakfast for the whole studio. On Fridays, we fire up the grills and have a barbeque, no matter what season. We try to keep morale up by offering 3:30 game breaks, where everyone is allowed to take a break from their work to play video or board games, play ping pong, or skateboard.

What is your company passionate about?

Fun! One of our clients gave us an incredible compliment related to our game development by saying that React Games “knows what Fun is.” We are also passionate about our work culture. We try to keep all team members engaged and productive, and after a month with us, most new employees become a part of our family. Our culture is based on trust and loyalty, and we build that through a great work environment. You can’t threaten employees to be loyal to your company. But, if you show that you care about their success, they are going to care about your company’s success. Again, if your team members are treated like family, they will be far more invested in the company.
