5. Benchmarking Tours – UMA offers Continuous Improvement-based tours for practitioners. Tours are a first come first served basis. Companies may send two (2) individuals with each tour reservation. UMA Members may be asked to provide a tour during the year.
6. Enterprise Excellence Roadmap – UMA performs an detailed on-site audit. The results of the audit, recommendations, and detailed roadmap will be presented to your management team.
7. Consulting Services – UMA’s Center for Business and Continuous Improvement provides highly skilled Lean experts to help you improve your company. Our team will work with you to find improvement opportunities and complete projects that will drive bottom line results. UMA Level 2 and Level 3 members receive 20% off of consulting services.
8. Online Training – UMA provides a monthly online training on various topics selected by you, including areas like Lean Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Leadership, and other topics relevant to improving manufacturing operations and business results.
9. Consortium – The AME Lean Consortium is a peerdriven, professionally facilitated lean learning network and it offers members a unique approach to continuous improvement. Through benchmarking and networking with non-competitive companies locally, participants learn best practices first-hand and create relationships that will sustain your improvements. AME is the largest lean thinking membership organization in the world and AME Consortium membership includes deep discounts on registration to the largest lean conference in the world. AME organizes consortia in other parts of North America where your sister sites can join.
